Elevation Place Global Ministries was born out of a divine call to restore, renew, and elevate lives through prayer, the presence of God, and the power of His Word. What began as small gatherings has grown into a global vision—a place of transformation where faith is ignited, identity is reclaimed, and lives are launched into divine destiny.
Our mission is to cultivate a people of prayer, host the presence of God, and empower lives to walk in purpose—bringing healing, restoration, and transformation through the truth of God’s Word and the power of His Spirit.
Our vision is to be a global worship center where prayer is foundational, God’s presence is pursued, and purpose is awakened—raising up believers who are spiritually equipped, deeply rooted, and boldly walking in their Kingdom assignments.

Walter L. Payne III
Co-Lead Pastor
Pastor Walter is an ordained pastor and seasoned ministry leader with over 10 years of experience in pastoral leadership and evangelism. With a heart for reaching the lost and a passion for discipleship, he shares his powerful testimony of overcoming as a beacon of hope and transformation.
He is known for his one-on-one mentorship, fervent prayer life, and the integrity with which he lives out his faith. A visionary at heart, Pastor Walter is hardworking, resilient, and deeply devoted to God and his family. His life is a reflection of Christ’s love in action.
Shayla R. Captville-Payne
Founder & Co-Lead Pastor
Pastor Shayla is a prophetic teacher, author, and visionary leader with a divine mandate to equip, empower, and encourage. As the founder of Elevation Place Global, she carries a unique anointing to lead people into healing, wholeness, and purpose through the truth of God’s Word.
Her ministry is rooted in authenticity, compassion, and bold faith. Through dynamic teaching, spiritual mentorship, and an unwavering devotion to Christ, she has impacted countless lives. Pastor Shayla is committed to raising up Kingdom-minded individuals who walk in freedom and live with intention.
Together, Pastors Walter and Shayla serve under the covering and instruction of Apostle Innocent Java, Senior Leader of Kingdom Embassy Church of Houston, TX. They are active members of the intercessory team and mentorship group, continuing to grow, serve, and lead under apostolic guidance.
